Laurel M. Corriveau
CHIEF EXPERIENCE OFFICER
Laurel Corriveau serves as Chief Experience Officer for The Otto Group at Hightower Advisors. Her role focuses on the intentional design and ongoing evolution of the client experience, supporting consistency, continuity, and thoughtful engagement across every stage of the relationship.
With more than three decades of experience in professional services environments, Laurel brings a strong background in practice management, client relationship management, marketing and communications, and organizational development. In her role, she guides practice operations and works closely with advisory, operations, and marketing teams to support effective onboarding, team organization, and the ongoing enhancement of service models.
Laurel plays a key role in cultivating the advisory team and ensuring that advisors are supported with the resources and internal coordination needed to serve clients well. Her work aligns closely with The Otto Group’s Roadmap to Financial Wellness and Advanced Financial Planning approach, supporting clients as their financial lives evolve.
Prior to joining The Otto Group at Hightower Advisors in 2017, Laurel served as a Business Development Manager at a regional law firm, where she focused on marketing initiatives, business development support, and event planning for attorneys across the firm’s Florida offices. Earlier in her career, she held roles in community relations and relationship management within both the legal and financial services industries.
Throughout her life, Laurel has been deeply committed to volunteerism within the communities where she lives and works. She brings a genuine passion for connecting people with resources—helping individuals and organizations pursue their missions, fulfill their passions, and access support aligned with their needs and values.
Laurel is an active community member and volunteers with several nonprofit organizations. She serves on the Governance Committee and Advisory Board of The Child Protection Center (CPC), supporting efforts focused on prevention, education, and advocacy related to child abuse.
She also contributes her time to the Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation’s Mission Possible Sarasota Luncheon Committee and serves on the Events Committee of The Argus Foundation, a Sarasota‑based nonprofit focused on civic engagement and economic development.
A native of Canterbury, New Hampshire, Laurel earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring art, culture, and community life.
